SANTA CLAUS

Location – High Street Mall

Hours of work – Up to 42 hours per week

Days of work – 5 days out of 7 (afternoon & evenings until 9pm)

Hourly rate – £9.00 per hour

The successful applicant will be of a friendly and caring disposition to carry out this unique role which entails dealing with children and members of the general public in a friendly manner - spreading the magic of Christmas to all visitors.

  • Be able to work of own initiative.
  • Applicants must be available to work while the grotto is open 12pm-8pm Monday to Friday.
  • Being friendly and approachable
  • Access NI screened for working with Children

Previous experience in this type of role or similar would be advantageous, though training will be available for the successful applicant to fully equip them to perform the role to a high standard.

High Street Mall are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to play the part of Santa’s Christmas Helpers and work on our Christmas grotto between 13 November 2018 – 24 December 2018

The main duty of the role is to maintain the smooth running and effective delivery of the centre Christmas grotto.

Duties of the magical Christmas Helper to include but not limited to:

  • Welcoming families to the grotto
  • Assisting in various areas of the grotto including ticket sales, photography, etc
  • Continually demonstrating exceptional customer serviceMaintaining stock levels
  • General presentation of the grotto.
