High Street Mall are the first centre in Northern Ireland to complete Dementia Awareness training with all their Customer Services Officers.

Tracey Jackson, Centre Manager commented "with the increase diagnosis of this condition we felt it important for any of our customers with the condition and their family to feel comfortable visiting the centre secure in the knowledge that our staff have been trained to assist if required."
